What laws are in place to prevent discrimination in school and work settings? Legislation has made discrimination illegal in school and work settings. In this course, you will learn about what federal and state laws are in place to prevent discrimination. You will also learn that sometimes state law doesn’t always have a group’s best interests in mind, and can actually undermine the prevention of discrimination. This course also provides valuable information on how to report discrimination.
