Some of the qualities of interpersonal intelligence are finding joy from interacting with others, planning group activities, empathizing with others, and being organized. Someone with this type of intelligence tends to gravitate towards new people and is the person in the friend group that takes on the planning events. Some careers that correspond with this intelligence are human resource director, psychologist, teacher, social worker, and public relations specialist.
