Intrapersonal intelligence is characterized by one’s ability to understand and relate to other people. Traits include self-discipline, delay of gratification, the ability to deal with and overcome distractions, and the ability to adjust one’s strategy or approach as needed.

Existential intelligence is known as the sensitivity and capacity to tackle deep questions about human existence. This would include questioning the meaning of life, death, how we got here and etc. Meditating, praying, discussing spiritual, philosophical and religious issues all tie into this type of intelligence. 

Naturalistic Intelligence is characterized by an individual’s interest and understanding of the natural world including plants, animals, cells, water, and social causes that involve these topics.

Music Rhythmic intelligence is characterized by an exceptional understanding of music or rhythm, sensitivity to sound, and/or a proclivity for composing and playing instruments.

Some of the qualities of interpersonal intelligence are finding joy from interacting with others, planning group activities, empathizing with others, and being organized.
