Veterinarian

A veterinarian is an important career in which people who love animals can help them. There are vets who operate as family doctors for pets meaning they do regular checkups, there are vets who primarily do surgeries for animals and there are traveling vets who go with scientists in order to be of service to animals who are not domesticated but have been hurt in the wild in potentially unnatural ways. Veterinarians are so important in this day in age especially for species that are at risk of extinction because they can be a part of the effort to preserve those lives.
